These terms govern your use of Confirmly, a service provided by New Suhail Garments, Shop 12-D, Sohail Garments, Rang Mahal, Lahore 54000, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By installing or using Confirmly you agree to them.
Confirmly connects to your Shopify store and sends WhatsApp messages to your customers about their orders (confirmations, reminders, shipping updates and, with consent, product announcements). Messages are sent through your own WhatsApp Business account.
Confirmly has two plans, each with a 3-day free trial: Starter at $5 per month for up to 1,000 orders per month, and Growth at $12 per month for up to 5,000 orders per month. Stores that join the Starter early-bird offer pay $3 per month for as long as they keep the app installed. If your store regularly goes over its plan's order limit, we may ask you to move to a higher plan. We bill through Shopify, and you can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. WhatsApp messaging fees are separate. Meta charges them directly to your WhatsApp Business account, and we do not add any markup. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice.
We work to keep Confirmly running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp, Meta, Shopify and the customer's phone, which we do not control.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your store and customer data.
You can stop using Confirmly at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or WhatsApp/Meta rules, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.
Confirmly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost orders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app, and continuing to use Confirmly after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
